Metropolitan Educational and Achievement Club
The primary purpose of Bell M.E.A.C. is to mentor at risk male youths by counseling and activities.
ISSUES:
Over 1 million students each year since 1985, drop out of school. A significant number, approximately 100 thousand, are disadvantaged. A vast majority of these kids leave school without learning the values of discipline and/or to take responsibility for assigned tasks. This group typically falls to negative peer pressure, and as a result end up in the criminal justice system.
MISSION:
It is the mission of Bell M.E.A.C., Inc. to mentor these youths by spending quality time in an effort to get the to visualize a different perspective.

Phillip Bell, Jr.
After graduating from high school Phillip attended Howard University and Cheyney State College before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. Phillip went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in African American Studies from Vermont College. Out of his love of sports and compassion for children Phillip was compelled to establish Bell/Metropolitan Educational Achievement Club.His organization has helped many children, that would have otherwise fallen through the cracks, to become productive members of society.
In the same spirit of the many great men and women before him, Phillip continues to strive toward excellence in his accomplishments in his business and personal endeavors. His greatest desire is to leave a legacy that will inspire, to even greater achievements, those he will leave behind.
